Rules of the Easter Hunt:
1. Online only… but pick-up is easy peasy!
All gems are hidden online. Choose in-store pick-up in Mechelen or Antwerp to skip shipping and try everything on right away. Returns in-store are free and instant.
2. Returns & exchanges
Did one of your finds not fit quite right? No worries! Returns are possible.
For stocksale items, a small €5 administration fee applies for refunds.
Example: you buy a t-shirt for €19.95
– Voucher: €19.95
– Refund: €14.95 (€19.95 – €5 fee)
The fee applies per order (max €5), even with multiple items.
Returns are free in-store. Returning by post? Shipping costs are yours.
Don’t forget to include your RePack, even for in-store returns ♻️
Return period: 14 days.
