So happy to invite you - yes you - to our online stocksale. On this online only event you can can help us get more room in our stock. There are a lot of last sizes which did not find an owner yet, and some styles have more left due to more special style or colour. A true win - win: we get some more space in our warehouse and you get some nice eco + fair bargains!

We start the Undiscovered Gems edition Saturday evening 19th April at 18h00. At the launch there will be at least 409 styles for her and 141 styles for him - 550 styles to discover.

The rules for the stocksale are:

1. The stock is available online only. You can select pick-up in store for our stores in Mechelen and Antwerp, this way you can avoid shipping costs of your order and returns. You can try the items in the store and return items which do not fit instantly.

2. You have the right to return, as with all our online sales. However special rules apply. You can exchange your item always free of charge for a new size or products or to a voucher valid for one year. During the stocksale of the stocksale orders and stocksale items we are charging a small administration fee €5 if you want to be paid back. This is due to the extra work related to the stocksale. 

In practise if you buy a t-shirt of €19,95 and want to return it you can select a voucher of €19,95 or have a reimboursement of €19,95-€5 = €14,95. This rule only applies to the stocksale orders so if you mix the products, the fee only applies to the stocksale item. Maximum one fee of €5 per order applies, so if you return 2 items and choose to be paid back it will only be €5.

The client pays for return shipment if needed. The return is free if you return your order in our store in Mechelen or Antwerp. Please return also your RePack with your order even if you return the item in the store. In case of return or exchange, please contact us asap, and return your order in 14 days.

3. Not sure of the right size, send us a mail to info@supergoods.be, we are very happy to help you, this way we can limit returns due to wrong size.
